Davidson Pointe in Mooresville is a beautiful planned community on a peninsula overlooking Lake Davidson and convenient to Davidson, Davidson College, Cornelius and all the amenities you could possibly need.
Davidson Pointe is located at the end of Bridges Farm Road off the Mecklenburg Highway (NC 115) just north of downtown Davidson. Though a Mooresville address, the community is actually closer to Davidson than downtown Mooresville.
The neighborhood of single-family homes is built in a rectangle with homes surrounding 2 main loop roads. There are a mix of Charleston-style homes with porches and rear-entry detached garages and larger homes of varying style with front-entry attached garages. The neighborhood has a waterfront walking trail that loops around the development, as well as a pool with clubhouse/pavilion. There are also 16 boat slips for resident use, but 241-acre Lake Davidson does not have access for boats to connect to larger Lake Norman.
Schools: Coddle Creek Elementary, Brawley Middle and Lake Norman High schools. (School assignments are subject to change. Check with Iredell County Schools for the latest information.)
