Head to the quiet side of LKN in Denver's Sailview

If peace and tranquility on the western shore of Lake Norman is what you seek, look no further than Sailview in the lake-side town of Denver!

Located off Webbs Road, Sailview is a community of single-family custom waterfront and interior homes on Lake Norman.

The community is only 4 miles from downtown Denver and everyday shopping and amenities.
The more populated eastern lake towns of Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Mooresville are only 25-35 minutes away. Metro Charlotte is approximately 20 miles away.

Access to I-485 is only 20 miles south of Sailview, while I-40 is approximately 22 miles north via NC-16 for a trip to the beautiful North Carolina mountains.

Sailview residents have access to a host of amenities, including a swim and tennis club; and an eight-acre park with a playground and outdoor exercise station; and various walking paths. There are also some deeded community boat slips to provide water access for interior homes. In addition, a public boat launch close by gives water access to homes without deeded slips.

The waterfront community has homes priced from the $400,000s to more than $1 million, depending on waterfront, water view or interior location. Lot sizes are approximately one-half acre, and homes range in size from 3,000 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet.

A total of 24 homes sold in Sailview during the last 12-month period at an average sales price of $619,573 and nearly $155 per square foot.

As of Dec. 29, there are 10 homes listed for sale in Sailview ranging in list price from $409,900 to $789,000. Thirteen vacant lots are also available in Sailview priced from $24,900 to $245,000.
